- Please arrive with no eye makeup (no mascara, eyeshadow, or eyeliner) — this helps save time and ensures better lash adhesion.
- Avoid applying oily creams or products around the eye area a few hours before your visit.
- Try to limit caffeine intake beforehand — it helps you relax during the procedure.

For the first 24 hours after your lash extension appointment:
- Avoid getting water, creams, or toners on your lashes, especially anything oil-based.
- Do not rub your eyes or sleep face-down.
- Avoid using mascara or lash curlers.
- Skip saunas, swimming pools, and hot showers for the first day. Proper aftercare helps your lashes last longer and stay beautiful.

1. Cleanse Start cleansing your extensions with Lash Cleanser the same evening after getting your lashes done. Use a clean makeup brush to apply cleanser foam onto your lashes and gently brush over and under your lash line. Rinse with water and tap them dry with a lint free tissue or clean towel. Cleansing should be done every day, even it you don't wear makeup. It is safe to cleanse couple times a day, especially if you went swimming, worked out or wore extra makeup that day.

2. Care Eyelash extensions is an investment so make sure you take care of them. Do not pluck, rub or touch them. Picking them or touching can cause premature shedding. Brush them daily as needed to keep them in place, especially in the mornings. Limit wearing eye makeup, if possible, as well as oily products as it can break the adhesive bond faster. Do not wear mascara or any waterproof eyeliners as it will get stuck in between extensions and it will not come out completely. Water based makeup is okay.

3. Maintain Lash fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks, even if they're holding on well, to make sure all grown out lashes are removed before it becomes too heavy for your natural lashes to hold. Your lash artist will also be able to tell if you are cleaning them properly and advice you on doing better with your lash aftercare. If your lashes are growing out fast, please do not try to pull them out yourself as it can cause lash damage, instead schedule your fills sooner or book a mini fill.

1. WORKING OVER OTHER ARTIST'S WORK We do not work over someone else's work, unless the previous artist is known to us for reputable work, in that case Fill + is required for your first visit (allows extra time if needed). If previous work is not done properly - Full set is required.

2. CLIENTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE We do not work on clients under 18 years old without a consent form from a parent.

3. STUDIO ETIQUETTE, PETS & CHILDREN Lash Art LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no-shows, or any other situation we deem necessary. Lash Art cannot accommodate anyone but a client. Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you during your appointment outside the Lash Art suite. Children are not allowed in the studio due to distraction and noise. Due to sanitation protocols we are not able to accept dogs or any other animals inside the studio. We appreciate your understanding.
